Do you only offer wedding services?

No! We can help with any and all events - sweet 16 parties, quinceaneras, birthday parties, retirement parties, anniversaries, weddings, baby showers, military balls, change of commands, corporate events, open houses, holiday events and more. We provide Central Texas event rentals to any event you can imagine! You name it, we've done it.

Are your prices based on a one day rental?

Yes, all rates quoted are based on a one day rental. Weekends are considered a one day rental. Please call about long-term rates. All rental charges are for time out, not time used.

Do you offer set up and tear down?

Yes, we offer set up and tear down services for rentals supplied by Confetti Rentals at an additional charge. The client agrees to be present for set up if plans are not made and pre-approved. If the client is not available for set up when Confetti Rentals arrives, client agrees that Confetti will set up accordingly without ramifications.

How do I place an order?

You place an order by signing the rental contract and paying a non-refundable 25% deposit. Full payment, along with final numbers/changes are due ten (10) days prior to your pick up or delivery date. If full payment is not received ten days prior, substitutions may be made at our discretion. Further, the previously agreed upon delivery/pick up times or install/uninstall times may be subject to change. PLEASE NOTE: ONCE A PAYMENT ABOVE THE 25% DEPOSIT IS MADE, IT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

Do you deliver and pick up?

Yes, delivery and pick up are available for all our Central Texas event rentals. Standard delivery and pick up are for tail gate drop off only. Additional charges will apply if delivery to specific floors, backyard/patio areas, i.e., past tail gate. Confetti Rentals will not move or remove items not owned by Confetti Rentals. It is also imperative that someone be present at both delivery and pick up to sign for the scheduled rental items. If no one is present, the renter agrees to abide by Confetti Rentals delivery counts and pick up counts. We also reserve the right to count large unwashed glassware, china, linen and flatware at our facilities for sanitary reasons. Please note that some of our rentals require special handling and must be rented with our set-up and tear down service, and additional cost apply.

Do you price match?

Yes, Confetti Rentals will match any reasonable competitor's bid. Just bring in the written quote in person and book your event that day with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Only one per customer, per order, per event.

When can we meet?

Our showroom is open Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00pm with after 5:00 appointments available. We are generally designing, delivering and decorating on Fridays and Saturdays. To see our showroom please schedule a complimentary design session.

Do you offer Special Orders?

Yes, an order placed especially for you must be paid-in-full at time of order. No refund is available for special orders.

Can we see a sample of our table design?

Yes, we offer a free sample table viewing to clients who have paid at least 50% of their rental contract. When you call to make your sample table appointment, you must let us know that you are taking advantage of our sample table program so that we can have everything ready for you when you arrive.

What is the damage waiver?

Confetti Rentals charges a non-refundable damage waiver to the cost of all rental equipment. This covers wear and tear on the rental equipment and is not insurance, rather it relieves the renter of minor damages to the rentals. It does not cover theft, vandalism, misuse, abuse or missing equipment. All broken items and pieces must be returned to Confetti Rentals to be covered under the damage waiver.

Rental Equipment Use:

Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from time of receipt to time of return. All china, flatware, glassware, chafers, etc must be rinsed free of food particles and sauce and repacked in the containers provided. Linens should be refuse free and dry to prevent mildew and staining. Hangers and skirting clips must be returned with your linen order.

NOTE: IT IS THE RENTERS RESPONSIBILITY TO INSURE THAT HE/SHE RECEIVES AND RETURNS THE APPROPRIATE EQUIPMENT ON THE RENTAL CONTRACT. IF RENTAL ITEMS ARE NOT CORRECT OR ACCEPTABLE, WE NEED TO KNOW IMMEDIATELY IN ORDER TO REMEDY THE MATTER.
